The cost of the application form is Seven thousand five hundred naira(7,500) only.

- Public Health Technician
- Health Information Technology
- Environmental Technician
- Dental Technician
- Health Education
- Accident and Emergency
Admission Requirements;
- 5 O’level Credits in Science Subjects including English Language and Mathematics.
*Any other Nursing requirements are also applicable.
