Breaking News: Amaechi declares for 2023 presidency 48hrs after Kwara group charged him to contest

The Honorable Minister for Transportation and former Governor of Rivers State Rt. Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi has publicly announced and declared his intent to run for the office of the president in the coming 2023 election.
His official declaration is coming 48hours after a Kwara Youth group named Amaechi Youths Vanguard, Kwara State Chapter released a statement describing him as the most suitable candidate for the office as well as calling him out thereby imploring him to come out and contest.
In some part of their statement made available to newsmen by Ibrahim AbdulGafar Toyin, the convener of the group, he described Nigeria as a sovereign Nation that has been contending with series of anti-developmental factors in which Tribalism and Nepotism has taken a viable position. The group asserted that even within the folds of the ordinary citizenry, there is the realization that not even a single Individual or administration can bring a resolve to these lapses.
“Even at this delicate period and as we are headed into the 2023 Presidential Election, we have to accept the fact as well meaning and progressive citizens that we are in need of a leader and president who is ready to unify the nation as a whole and bring hope to the
ones who feel marginalized or vilified as the One Nigeria Mantra we have always been chanting”.
“We have keenly watched Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi’s work and operation at different levels of government which has qualified him along with his 23years long antecedent of civil serviceability and appropriateness”.
His declaration to contest for the office of the presidency under the aegis of the All progressives congress (APC) was made today at the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium Port Harcout, venue of the APC thanksgiving service.
Amaechi said, “I stand before you today to declare my intention and submit my application to serve as your next president”; in which in the light, one of his admirers said,”With these 19words-opener, Chibuike Amaechi will today submit himself to serve, again”.
